PONTOON BOATS
- $500.00 Damage DEPOSIT – RETURNED ONCE boat RETURNED and checked over
- $100.00 RESERVATION FEE
(DAMAGES WILL be deducted from deposit and overage put on card)

- $250 +tax - 2 HOURS

GOLF CARTS
- $45 +tax HALF Day
- $75 +tax FULL Day
Site Rules and Regulations
- 1. No smoking in the cabins, there will be a $150 fee if you smoke in the cabins.
- 2. You agree to clean up any animal droppings inside and outside of cabins. Pets must always be on a leash outside, no tying up pets and left alone.
- 3. No inside cooking. (Crock pots are acceptable)
- 4. You are responsible for any damages to CABIN, or any items supplied by us.
- 5. You are responsible for any missing items
(re: towels, microwave etc.)
- 6. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen property, vehicles, boats, or trailers.
- 7. Check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Check-in is at noon
- 8. Quiet hours between 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- 9. Each Cabin/ RV will receive 4 passes for the pool area. All swimmers and non-swimmers must have a pass to be in the pool area.
HOLIDAYS
Holidays that require a 2-night minimum: Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and New Year’s.
Monthly RV Renters must turn in a 14-day
